Why we need Adventure?

Adventure sports refer to activities like mountain biking, rock climbing, zip line or kayaking, bungee jumping, this list goes on and on.  What these endeavors have in common is – a degree of risk, uncertainty and self-discovery.  Adventure Parks are the latest form of amusement parks which can contain a wide variety of elements.

  • Human desire to experience the challenge
  • Provides a rush of adrenaline while burning calories
  • Connect people with some greatest thrills that the world has to offer
  • Less crowded and more personal than a Family Entertainment Centers (FECs)
  • Low Investment, Low Maintenance
  • High footfall to area per sq. ft.
  • High Return on Investment (ROI)
  • Operates throughout the year, and not a season based park
  • Indian Amusement Park Industry, that had sluggish growth till recent times, is set to witness a 10 – 12 per cent growth year on year for the next three years.
  • Family Entertainment Centers (FEC) have been an integral part of the Amusement & Leisure Industry.
  • FECs have increased in popularity with the advent of malls across the country. Mall developers are allocating larger areas for FECs and consider it as an USP.
  • Conveniently accessible to the community and being a family hangout makes it a trendy choice.
  • Increasing disposable incomes and real estate development has driven the demand for amusement parks.
  • State governments has started promoting tourism by offering incentives for the development and growth of amusement parks.
